Description

  • Build and manage a pipeline of new small and midsize business prospects from prospecting through close.
  • Drive net new logo sales and meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.
  • Pursue sales leads within an assigned geographic territory.
  • Identify key decision makers and engage them to introduce Dodge products and services.
  • Conduct follow-up activities and manage the pipeline to close new business.
  • Partner with senior sales personnel to build contacts and identify sales opportunities.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings and communicate with prospects via phone, email, chat, and video conferencing.
  • Attend and/or conduct local meet-and-greet events to generate and advance opportunities.
  • Maintain real-time CRM updates, including stage progression, close dates, notes, and deal values.
  • Prepare and send proposals and process contracts through company systems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably selling SaaS or technology-related products or services.
  • Proven success in high-velocity, high-volume inside sales to SMB customers.
  • Ability to land and close most deals in under 2 weeks.
  • Experience with solution-based selling, including uncovering pain points and recommending solutions.
  • Strong objection-handling skills and the ability to navigate gatekeepers effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent opportunities and prioritize independently.
  • High organizational discipline, executional rigor, integrity, ownership, and a coachable mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to large groups.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRMs, Microsoft Office Suite, and order management functionality.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong understanding of SMB customer and market dynamics.
  • Must be located in the Eastern or Central Time Zones and able to work remotely from the continental US.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for face-to-face meetings.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
