Description

  • Drive new business through inbound and outbound prospecting across phone, email, social media, Salesloft, texts, and other outreach tools.
  • Generate top-of-funnel pipeline by engaging, qualifying, and handing off potential buyers to the sales team.
  • Make high-volume inbound and outbound calls to build and maintain a resourceful sales pipeline.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity quotas, sales lead targets, and KPI goals.
  • Update prospecting activity and lead information in Salesforce.
  • Learn and apply solution-based selling through a consultative prospecting approach.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and management guidance to maximize success and performance.
  • Continuously self-monitor and improve performance results.
  • Support demos by introducing Dodge products and services to prospective clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Strong passion for a career in sales, with high motivation and drive to succeed.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and sales aptitude.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of cold calling.
  • Adaptability for learning job responsibilities and processes.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-changing work environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and desktop software such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and web tools is preferred.
  • Inside sales experience, especially in a large SaaS organization, is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry is preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
  • Background check required after a conditional job offer.
  • Remote, home-office role with candidates considered only from the continental US.
