Description

  • Drive new business opportunities through inbound and outbound prospecting by phone and digital outreach.
  • Qualify prospects and generate demos, meetings, and sales opportunities for the enterprise sales team.
  • Maintain accurate activity, lead, and pipeline updates in the CRM.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call volume, activity, and KPI targets.
  • Use a consultative, solution-based selling approach to prospect enterprise organizations.
  • Follow established operating procedures and sales processes to maximize success.
  • Use tools such as email, social media, Salesloft, LinkedIn, and Salesforce to source contacts and engage prospects.
  • Communicate with senior stakeholders, including VP and C-level decision makers, to book meetings and advance opportunities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience preferred.
  • Experience as a Business Development Representative prospecting enterprise organizations.
  • Proven track record of booking meetings with senior stakeholders in large or complex organizations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging VP- and C-level decision makers.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of cold calling and build a resourceful pipeline.
  • Familiarity with outbound prospecting tools and Salesforce.com.
  • Proficiency with desktop software, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Web and technology savvy with the ability to learn new SaaS products quickly.
  • Strong interpersonal, decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools, inside sales, or large SaaS organizations is preferred; knowledge of the commercial construction market is a plus.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $50,000-$60,000 plus uncapped variable incentive compensation.
