Description

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation, closing, and upselling.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, demos, and proposals to U.S. tech buyers.
  • Conduct outbound sales activities through phone calls, emails, campaigns, and demo scheduling.
  • Qualify inbound inquiries and move them through the sales process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify additional Docsumo solutions.
  • Meet or exceed sales activity and pipeline metrics, including calls, emails, qualified opportunities, and booked demos.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide feedback and ideas to improve sales practices and product outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM for reporting and analytics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development roles.
  • 2+ years of experience in a closing role.
  • Experience carrying or managing quota, preferably on $50K-$100K deal sizes.
  • Prior experience selling to operations or technical teams.
  • Experience working with C-level and D-level executives.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, outgoing, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, Google Docs, Gmail, HubSpot, and other CRMs.
  • Comfortable working U.S. Eastern Time (8 am to 5 pm EST).
