Description

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within an assigned territory and account base.
  • Research customer and market needs, pain points, and industry trends to target prospects effectively.
  • Identify and develop partner relationships that can incorporate Cincom’s products into their offerings.
  • Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with key stakeholders across prospects, customers, and partners.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from lead qualification through negotiation and deal closure.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to communicate solution value.
  • Drive continued revenue growth within the assigned territory.
  • Monitor industry trends, the competitive landscape, and new technologies to inform customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of full-cycle software sales experience in complex manufacturing software and solutions such as CPQ, CRM, PLM, or ERP.
  • Experience selling services as an integral part of solution offerings.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand customer needs and position appropriate solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.
