Description

  • Conduct a high volume of outbound B2B phone calls to potential customers using provided leads.
  • Sell innovative marketing solutions to professionals in targeted industries and close new business deals.
  • Follow a proven sales process with step-by-step scripts to engage prospects effectively.
  • Track and perform against key metrics including phone time, dials, and sales volume.
  • Attend a paid, virtual, instructor-led training program.
  • Work with leaders who provide ongoing support and coaching.
  • Maintain productivity in a fast-paced, highly competitive remote sales environment.

Requirements

  • 40-hour standard weekly schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST on weekdays.
  • No night shifts or weekend shifts.
  • Must have a dedicated, distraction-free workspace.
  • Must have a high-speed internet connection.
  • Must reside in FL, GA, SC, NC, NJ, PA, DE, VA, KY, TN, IN, MI, MO, MN, AL, TX, OK, CO, NM, AZ, UT, or NV.
  • Comfort with phone-based outbound sales work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work from home effectively and consistently.
  • Experience with sales performance targets or commission-based compensation is preferred.
