Description

  • Run a high-velocity sales motion focused on US e-commerce small and midsize businesses.
  • Manage a high-volume pipeline of inbound and outbound prospects across phone, email, LinkedIn, and SMS.
  • Hit aggressive daily activity targets for dials, connects, deals worked, and deals closed.
  • Own deals end-to-end from first call through closed-won in a short sales cycle.
  • Respond to inbound leads within minutes and maintain disciplined follow-up cadences.
  • Log calls, update deal stages, and keep CRM records accurate and complete in HubSpot.
  • Qualify prospects quickly, handle objections in real time, and drive decisions efficiently.
  • Work with senior AEs and the credit team to move deals through diligence without losing momentum.
  • Compete against weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance targets and contribute to team success.

Requirements

  • Experience in a quota-carrying sales role, with commission-based motivation.
  • Strong communication skills with confidence on the phone and clear written communication.
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to qualify prospects effectively.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong pipeline ownership.
  • Coachable mindset with the ability to seek and apply feedback quickly.
  • Competitive attitude paired with a collaborative approach to team performance.
  • Some exposure to a sales, customer-facing, or fast-paced commercial environment is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Additional language fluency is a bonus.
  • Must be eligible to work in the required location without visa sponsorship.
