Description

  • Manage retirement rollover cases from Exclusive Agent intake through application completion and account setup.
  • Coordinate and track rollover documentation, including requests to incumbent vendors.
  • Monitor rollover pipelines, follow up on pending transfers, and resolve items not in good order.
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for clients and Exclusive Agents on rollover status and next steps.
  • Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Ensure all activities comply with Reg BI, suitability, and internal guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and update systems such as FireLight and RightBridge.
  • Track and report rollover activity, turnaround times, and completed cases.

Requirements

  • Series 6 and 63 licenses required; Series 7 preferred.
  • Knowledge of retirement products, 403(b) plans, and rollovers.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in financial services operations, retirement support, or client service preferred.
  • Sales retention experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fully remote environment based on experience or hybrid in Cherry Hill, NJ.
  • Up to 10% travel may be required.

  • Eligible for the Annual Incentive Program.
  • Pay range of $21.44 to $29.16 per hour.
  • Compensation based on experience, skills, and location.
