Description

  • Create CRM dashboards with visibility into commercial activity, pipeline, bookings, renewals, and churn.
  • Analyze the full funnel to identify trends, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities.
  • Turn complex data into actionable insights that support inbound/outbound strategy, account prioritization, product adoption, and retention.
  • Work with Sales leadership on coverage, pacing, deal velocity, and attainment.
  • Connect Sales forecasting with Finance by auditing and correcting data before revenue forecasts.
  • Build and monitor leading indicators to improve forecast predictability.
  • Own data quality and consistency across HubSpot and other GTM tools.
  • Define standard metrics, ensure their reliability, and run recurring data audits.
  • Document and optimize Lead-to-Cash processes and support cross-functional handoffs.
  • Support onboarding, training, automation improvements, and tool evaluation for revenue teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or similar analytical roles.
  • Advanced English level C1 is required.
  • Experience with CRM reporting; HubSpot experience is preferred.
  • Intermediate Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivots and lookups.
  • Knowledge of SaaS metrics such as ARR, ACV, churn, and NRR.
  • Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and communication skills.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.
  • 100% remote work location, with candidates based in supported cities in Colombia, Argentina, Mexico, or Peru.
