Description

  • Lead the regional Revenue Operations function and build a high-performing team that supports GTM leadership.
  • Own the weekly business cadence with GTM leadership, including pipeline health, performance trends, risks, and required actions.
  • Drive forecasting rigor across month-end, quarter-end, and year-end cycles, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accountability.
  • Evolve KPI frameworks and scorecards to improve decision-making, execution, and business performance.
  • Lead bi-weekly performance deep dives for New Business and Account Management at the rep and segment level.
  • Identify leading indicators, conversion trends, execution gaps, and pipeline risks, then translate them into prioritized actions.
  • Facilitate monthly and quarterly business reviews with GTM and Finance, providing an executive view of performance against targets.
  • Lead monthly quota, coverage, and capacity analysis and provide data-driven recommendations on quotas, territories, and resourcing.
  • Own the RevOps workstream for quarterly reforecasting, including scenario analysis, tradeoffs, and investment cases.
  • Partner with Product, Enablement, Systems, Data, Finance, and GTM teams to align tools, reporting, process design, and business priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Operations, or a related field; MBA or related master’s degree is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in a go-to-market environment such as Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, BizOps, Strategy, FP&A, or Analytics.
  • 2+ years of people leadership experience building, coaching, and developing high-performing teams in hybrid or remote settings.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional outcomes across GTM, Finance, Data/BI, Information Systems/RevTech, and Marketing.
  • Strong experience owning or leading planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting cycles.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with experience designing and governing KPIs across the customer journey.
  • Ability to translate business insights into clear actions, decisions, and measurable results.
  • Fluency in English is required for this global role.
  • Experience in executive-level analytics, business judgment, and stakeholder management is preferred.
  • Experience driving change adoption, operating rigor, and continuous improvement is preferred.
