Description

  • Lead go-to-market sales strategy and execution for one or more new product launches within a cross-functional New Product Pod.
  • Own the strategic plan for making priority new products successful and coordinate pod efforts and executive messaging.
  • Lead mission-critical strategic initiatives to support long-term growth through rigorous, data-driven analysis and recommendations.
  • Work cross-functionally to structure problems, develop hypotheses, analyze data, and turn insights into actionable solutions.
  • Bring customer, market, industry, and partner feedback into the organization to guide investment decisions across GTM functions.
  • Develop strategic business cases and operational plans for new product growth with cross-functional partners.
  • Identify performance improvement opportunities to increase productivity and improve execution.
  • Support annual and three-year planning by generating insights that inform resource allocation for new products.
  • Present recommendations and progress updates to Samsara leadership on new product growth topics.
  • Build trusted relationships across Sales, Product, Marketing, and other GTM teams to strengthen cross-functional execution.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of experience in Consulting, Finance, Business Operations, Sales Strategy & Operations, or another analytical role.
  • Experience building trusting relationships and influencing others, including executive audiences.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills with a deep sense of curiosity.
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and has a bias for action.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly in verbal and written form.
  • Ability to synthesize a broad set of information into a cohesive narrative.
  • MBA is a plus.
  • Experience working with large data sets and tools such as DataBricks, BigQuery, SQL, or similar is preferred.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools such as Cursor, ChatGPT, or Gong to work at an accelerated pace is preferred.
  • Experience in GTM strategy, especially for new products, is preferred.
  • Spanish speaking is a plus.

  • Annual base salary of $119,000 to $180,000 USD.
