Description

  • Research target accounts and build prospect lists across priority industries and strategic markets.
  • Identify the correct decision makers and avoid spending time on low-authority contacts when possible.
  • Conduct outbound calls to introduce Extrity, verify contacts, qualify needs, and book meetings.
  • Send tailored, industry-specific email outreach that is brief, relevant, and aligned to prospect pain points.
  • Maintain accurate and same-day records in HubSpot or the assigned CRM, including calls, emails, notes, follow-ups, lifecycle stages, and lead sources.
  • Qualify prospects based on fit, need, urgency, and interest before handing them off to leadership or sales.
  • Set qualified discovery meetings and confirm logistics such as date, time, attendees, and meeting format.
  • Send meeting briefs and internal calendar details with relevant prospect background and recommended angles.
  • Execute disciplined follow-up on every warm lead until the lead is closed, booked, disqualified, or moved to nurture.
  • Submit weekly activity reports covering outreach, conversations, meetings, qualified opportunities, and CRM cleanup items.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales development, business development, or outbound prospecting is likely expected for this role.
  • Ability to conduct professional outbound calls and tailored email outreach in a consultative, non-aggressive manner.
  • Strong organizational skills and discipline in follow-up execution.
  • Experience maintaining accurate records in HubSpot or another CRM is required.
  • Ability to research accounts, identify decision makers, and recognize security-related pain points or buying triggers.
  • Comfort working across security staffing, de-escalation training, consulting, SOP development, and related service lines.
  • Remote, full-time work arrangement preferred.
  • Ability to provide weekly reporting on sales activity and pipeline progress.
