Description

  • Manage inbound B2B leads received through email, phone calls, and CRM.
  • Qualify and prioritize leads based on urgency and potential value.
  • Prepare and send quotes, commercial proposals, and pricing information.
  • Maintain accurate records and activity updates in HubSpot CRM.
  • Ensure a smooth sales process from initial inquiry through order confirmation.
  • Respond quickly to incoming opportunities to support pipeline organization and growth.
  • Nurture customer relationships to maximize business opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in inbound sales and/or account management.
  • Advanced C1 English proficiency with no accent.
  • Experience using CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.
  • Background working in B2B sales environments.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.
  • Located in or eligible to work from Peru, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala, Mexico, Honduras, Kenya, or the Philippines.
  • Presential work modality with the possibility of remote work.
