Description

  • Identify, contact, and engage healthcare institutions such as hospitals, clinics, and care homes.
  • Educate prospective clients about the platform and its value proposition.
  • Drive the onboarding and activation process for institutions joining the marketplace.
  • Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers in healthcare organizations.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to advance them through the activation process.
  • Maintain accurate contact and progress records in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a successful onboarding experience.
  • Meet and exceed activity and performance KPIs, including calls, activations, and follow-ups.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience, with flexibility for candidates with 1.5+ years of strong experience.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, institutional recruiting, or healthcare sales.
  • Prior experience working with healthcare institutions or similar organizations is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and follow-up management.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, or Instantly AI.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and stay productive in a structured environment.
  • English C1 level is required.

Benefits

  • Remote position available anywhere in Mexico.
  • Monday to Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST.
  • Weekends off.
  • Monthly compensation of $1,235–$1,445.
  • Full-time role.
