Description

  • Lead and manage field support efforts across specialty and big box accounts within the territory.
  • Support Sales and Marketing with product launches, in-store merchandising, and grassroots programs.
  • Collaborate on national account sell-through programs and in-store promotions to meet store-base goals.
  • Educate retail associates, runners, and affiliates on Brooks technology and product leadership through clinics, visits, and events.
  • Represent Brooks at running events and expos, including setup, breakdown, collateral distribution, consumer interaction, and product trial.
  • Complete weekly field notes and provide product and competitor feedback.
  • Appear in product videos for YouTube, Myagi, educational platforms, and social media as needed.
  • Manage product seeding and corporate card budgets and submit monthly expense reports.
  • Maintain the leased company vehicle and Brooks equipment.
  • Build authentic relationships with retail partners and the Brooks running community.

Requirements

  • Must live within 30 miles of the designated territory and within an agreed-upon radius of the sales territory supported.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Retail Management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1+ years of marketing, sales, or retail experience required; 2+ years preferred.
  • Outdoor, sports, or athletic industry experience is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of performance athletic footwear, sports bras, apparel, accessories, and related technologies.
  • Knowledge of human motion biomechanics and injury prevention basics is highly preferred.
  • Basic understanding of retail math, inventory management, product merchandising, and retail selling skills.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage calendars, contacts, and budgets, and travel extensively.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work weekends and extended hours as needed.

  • Base salary range of $48,775 to $68,285, depending on knowledge, skills, and experience.
