Description

  • Lead, mentor, and manage an outside sales team to build a high-performance culture.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Actively close high-value deals and strengthen client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve business development strategies.
  • Identify, recruit, and retain top-tier sales talent.
  • Continuously refine sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Travel domestically and internationally for team meetings, customer events, conferences, and training sessions.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform sales strategy.
  • Set realistic targets and forecast sales performance based on data.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of successful sales leadership, preferably in a BPO or similar industry.
  • Previous experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar systems.
  • Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Valid, non-restrictive driver’s license due to regular travel to client sites and company locations.
  • Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally on occasion.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing outside sales team.
  • Ability to analyze data, forecast sales performance, and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or human capital management (preferred).
