Description

  • Lead all sales efforts for two hotel properties and deliver the annual production target.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for corporate, group, government, and extended-stay segments.
  • Conduct outside sales calls, site tours, presentations, and networking activities to generate new business.
  • Maintain and grow key accounts through outreach, relationship management, and retention strategies.
  • Build partnerships with local businesses, travel managers, and community organizations.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and demand patterns to refine sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with revenue management on pricing, forecasting, and rate negotiations.
  • Prepare weekly sales reports, production updates, and action plans for leadership.
  • Represent both hotels at trade shows, chamber events, and industry functions.
  • Coordinate closely with operations teams to ensure smooth communication for group arrivals and corporate bookings.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hotel sales experience.
  • Multi-property hotel sales experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to generate substantial annual sales.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of local corporate and group markets.
  • Proficiency with hotel CRM/PMS systems.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Experience closing business and managing key accounts is preferred.
  • Ability to work remotely while supporting two hotel properties in Orlando, Florida.

Benefits

  • $120,000–$180,000 annual salary.
  • Full-time position.
