Description

  • Partner with Sales, Account Management, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to support the full sales lifecycle for service supply chain contracts.
  • Own sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting, and deliver regular insights and dashboards to leadership.
  • Administer and optimize the CRM system, maintain data integrity, configure workflows, and improve adoption across the sales team.
  • Develop and support sales playbooks, quoting processes, pricing models, and approval workflows for multi-year service contracts and SLAs.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics, identify trends and opportunities, and prepare reports and presentations for executive, QBR, and board reviews.
  • Support deal desk activities by reviewing RFPs/RFIs, coordinating pricing and margin analysis, and managing handoffs to Legal for contract redlining.
  • Drive sales process improvements and technology enhancements, including BI tools, AI-powered insights, and CPQ systems.
  • Serve as the go-to expert on sales data and processes, training new hires and supporting sellers on tools and best practices.
  • Contribute to annual planning activities such as quota setting, territory alignment, and capacity planning for a global sales organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field; MBA or advanced analytics certification is a plus.
  • 3–6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Analytics, or Business Operations.
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain services, B2B SaaS, or high-tech services is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM platforms, with HubSpot strongly preferred.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills are required.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is highly desirable.
  • Experience with forecasting models and CPQ or pricing tools is highly desirable.
  • Solid understanding of B2B sales cycles for complex solution-based offerings, including multi-year contracts, SLAs, and global fulfillment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to present to sales leaders and executives.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Must have the current and continuing right to work in the United States without restrictions or expirations.
