Description

  • Develop, revise, and finalize bespoke client proposals and Statements of Work, including those without pre-approved templates.
  • Review and edit proposals and SOWs created by team members to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal guidelines.
  • Align pricing, service descriptions, and contractual notes with approved terms and formats.
  • Coordinate with GPS, GBS, GPNM, and Account Managers to gather information and clarify client requests.
  • Support Deal Owners with RFP responses, including pricing, capabilities, and service descriptions formatted to client requirements.
  • Act as the point of contact for US-based Deal Owners during the US business day.
  • Serve as reviewer or sign-off point when senior reviewers are unavailable to maintain business continuity.
  • Perform thorough quality checks to reduce human error in pricing, service details, and proposal documentation.
  • Ensure accuracy in manual data handling tasks such as currency conversions and pricing sheet formulas.
  • Contribute to process improvements that reduce turnaround time for bespoke proposals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in proposal management, business coordination, or contract documentation.
  • Experience in a professional services or global HR/payroll environment is preferred.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable building and revising detailed proposals and pricing sheets hands-on.
  • Familiarity with CPQ systems, either managing or using them.
  • Experience using AI tools and automation technologies to improve proposal preparation and documentation is an added advantage.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM and ClickUp project management tools is desirable.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight timelines.
  • Must be able to work in the US time zone.
