Description

  • Deliver technical troubleshooting and resolve application issues in partnership with client teams and application vendors.
  • Handle tickets promptly, communicate with customers, and meet service level agreements to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Investigate and resolve incidents affecting application functionality, availability, and performance.
  • Tune and scale systems to improve performance and security.
  • Manage security profiles across applications in line with IT security principles.
  • Provide second-level technical and functional support for ERP and CRM system users.
  • Deliver client onboarding activities, maintain system training documentation, and train end users.
  • Evaluate system inefficiencies and recommend improved business practices.
  • Document system processes and configurations to ensure knowledge sharing across the IT team.
  • Comply with quality, environmental, health, and safety procedures and other organizational policies.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience working in a similar application support role.
  • ERP support experience.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and application support.
  • Experience supporting FinOps/Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
  • Knowledge of Automated Form Management and Power Automate.
  • Experience with API configuration and management.
  • SQL knowledge is desirable.
  • Scripting experience in one or more programming languages is desirable.
  • Dynamics CRM (D365) administration and support experience is desirable.
  • Power BI knowledge is desirable.
  • ITIL Foundation certification.
  • Dynamics 365 qualification.
  • Information Systems degree.
