Description

  • Train transplant teams on the safe and effective use of the OrganOx metra device.
  • Provide on-site and remote clinical support to customer sites, including frequent travel to transplant centers.
  • Participate in a 24/7 on-call rota to resolve technical and clinical enquiries.
  • Maintain customer relationships and act as the first point of contact for transplant teams.
  • Develop adoption strategies, materials, and user-group activities to promote product use and shared learning.
  • Identify and support technology champions and prospective new users at customer sites.
  • Track account performance, system usage forecasts, consumables allocation, and clinical progress.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, consents, procedure data, and market/project information in relevant databases.
  • Support commercial, quality, regulatory, research, and marketing teams with customer feedback, lead generation, and market insights.
  • Prepare training records, centre status reports, and follow-up actions for issues and complaints.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to work with customers of varying backgrounds and abilities.
  • Ability to understand scientific publications in detail and build in-depth knowledge of machine perfusion, including HMP and NRP.
  • Friendly, approachable, customer-focused, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within Europe and elsewhere as required.
  • Analytical problem-solving ability and good technical/manual dexterity.
  • Ability to work long and unpredictable hours and participate in on-call support.
  • Minimum BSc in a relevant field such as science or health, or significant equivalent experience.
  • Experience training users on medical devices.
  • Ability to assist during surgical procedures.
  • Broad knowledge of operating theatres, recovery units, and intensive care units.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in a clinical or healthcare science environment (desirable).
  • Experience working in a laboratory (desirable).
  • Conversant in medical terminology and familiar with human body systems and processes (desirable).
  • Computer literate and familiar with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (desirable).
  • Full driver’s licence (desirable).
