Description

  • Build and lead the overall demand generation and growth marketing strategy across enterprise and self-serve segments, aligned to GTM and revenue goals.
  • Expand B2B demand generation by standing up new channels such as events, partnerships, and community.
  • Develop and improve the systems used to scale pipeline generation and support the sales organization.
  • Own MQLs by planning and executing integrated, multi-channel campaigns that combine product positioning, audience insights, and creative assets.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps leadership to align on funnel KPIs and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Build learning loops to improve strategy, tool stack, and creative execution across awareness, nurture, and conversion.
  • Mentor and manage a team of growth marketing professionals.
  • Enhance marketing automation, lead scoring, and reporting.
  • Report to the Head of Marketing and contribute to marketing leadership decisions that influence company-wide GTM strategy.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a leadership role managing teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Deep expertise across acquisition, engagement, and nurture channels, including paid social, email, content syndication, and partnerships.
  • Advanced knowledge of AI-powered marketing stacks and automation workflows, such as Cargo, Clay, n8n, and Instantly Reply, or equivalent tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with command of marketing metrics, attribution, and forecasting.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and present to executives.
  • Strategic thinker with a bias for action and the ability to translate insights into scalable, creative programs.
  • Experience marketing creative or AI-native products, preferred.
  • Experience with B2C growth marketing, preferred.
