Description

  • Translate D2C strategy into concrete creator goals by market and category.
  • Analyze creator, market, and category performance to identify growth opportunities and underperformance.
  • Lead regular strategic reviews with the Influencer Marketing team, top creators, and international market stakeholders.
  • Identify risks early, such as creator concentration, unbalanced category mix, or drifting market performance, and take action.
  • Build tools, frameworks, and reporting systems to strengthen the creator platform.
  • Turn insights and analysis into proactive decision-making for the Influencer Marketing team and creators.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of professional experience in marketing, strategy, consulting, or D2C, ideally in consumer goods, e-commerce, or creator marketing.
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience building analyses, not just reports.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations and defend them with senior stakeholders.
  • Social-media savvy with active knowledge of Instagram and TikTok creator dynamics.
  • Experience building structures, cadences, and frameworks in an operational environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to challenge others constructively.
  • Fluent in German and English.
