Description

  • Lead net-new pitch processes, including timelines, pitch briefings, win strategies, proposals, and tender documents.
  • Own detailed responses for net-new pitches, RFIs, and procurement processes while coordinating with legal and finance teams.
  • Drive business development through executive networking, account mapping, go-to-market execution, conference attendance, and outreach to potential and existing clients.
  • Support the sales process with qualification strategy, win strategy, pitch casting, and best practices to improve customer experience and delivery outcomes.
  • Develop executive-level relationships with partners and clients to position DEPT® as a strategic partner for future work.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create case studies, PR, thought leadership, and other materials that communicate DEPT®’s positioning.
  • Travel to relevant events and partner activities to build relationships and generate pipeline.
  • Take on additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of agency sales, growth, or client services experience, or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated success working within or alongside major partner ecosystems, preferably Adobe, with familiarity in co-selling and partner-led opportunity creation.
  • Experience selling agency services across a range of industries and verticals.
  • Understanding of branding, creative, media, ecommerce, and engineering.
  • Experience executing go-to-market initiatives and business development at partner events, roundtables, and field activities.
  • Ability to partner with clients to understand growth needs and recommend solutions that add business value.
  • Experience building relationships with C-suite executives, including CTOs, CMOs, and CIOs, and other business decision-makers.
  • Self-starter attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate complex ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to coordinate projects across multiple teams and functions.
