Description

  • Manage and develop relationships with key regional systems integrators to create partner-led growth opportunities.
  • Build high-value strategic relationships across the Salesforce partner ecosystem.
  • Provide partners with education, resources, and support to promote and sell Gearset products within their client base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, and product to ensure partner alignment and support.
  • Plan and execute joint go-to-market activities, events, and campaigns with partners.
  • Drive leads referred by regional systems integrators into qualified opportunities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Salesforce partner ecosystem, Gearset products, and DevOps concepts.
  • Work across the business to expand product knowledge and become a specialist in Gearset’s value proposition.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role in Alliances, Sales, Account Management, or technical implementation for a SaaS company in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated success forming partnerships within the Salesforce System Integrator ecosystem, especially with Regional SIs.
  • Active relationships within regional systems integrators.
  • Ability to identify key stakeholders within an organization and build mutually beneficial, long-lasting relationships.
  • Commercially astute with a consultative approach and strong questioning skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage effectively at the executive level and deliver meaningful results.
  • Willingness to travel as needed across North America and Europe.
