Description

  • Own the end-to-end content production process using AI tools to draft, edit, and publish content across formats and channels.
  • Develop and maintain prompt frameworks and AI-assisted workflows that preserve brand voice and editorial quality.
  • Manage the content calendar across channels and audiences to meet publishing cadence targets.
  • Own DemandTec's flagship newsletter, The CTI Brief, from editorial direction through copywriting and send execution.
  • Develop editorial themes aligned with DemandTec's category positioning and thought leadership priorities.
  • Track and optimize newsletter performance, including open rates, click-through rates, subscriber growth, and audience quality.
  • Own DemandTec's LinkedIn presence, including company page content, posting cadence, and executive social support.
  • Build and execute a social content calendar that reinforces category ownership and drives engagement with retail and CPG audiences.
  • Draft blog posts, articles, and POV content in partnership with the PMM and SVP.
  • Develop content for CPG network engagement programs and support event campaigns, trade shows, and sponsored placements.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of content experience in B2B technology, SaaS, or a related field.
  • Genuine fluency with AI content tools such as Claude, Jasper, or equivalents, used daily with strong editorial quality control.
  • Strong writing fundamentals with a track record of producing audience-aware content that earns attention.
  • Experience contributing to a B2B social media presence with measurable results.
  • Ability to own a multi-channel content calendar with minimal oversight.
  • Experience writing for retail, CPG, supply chain, or enterprise software audiences preferred.
  • Newsletter or email marketing experience with ownership of performance metrics preferred.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar tools for content distribution and tracking preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

  • Base salary of $50,000 to $60,000, commensurate with experience.
