Description

  • Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain a high-caliber national sales field team.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and performance management to help the team meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve comprehensive sales training programs.
  • Lead sales strategies and tactical plans for DT120 to support market adoption and revenue growth.
  • Partner with commercial operations and cross-functional teams on territory mapping, deployment, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with marketing, medical affairs, and market access teams to support integrated pull-through initiatives.
  • Apply REMS or other complex distribution model experience to support compliant sales execution.
  • Establish KPIs, monitor field performance, and adjust plans based on feedback and insights.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, high-integrity sales culture grounded in ethical and patient-centric practices.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree such as an MBA, PharmD, or related degree strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive pharmaceutical or biotech sales leadership experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Vice President of Sales or equivalent senior sales leadership role.
  • Proven success building and leading sales field teams from planning through launch and growth.
  • Direct experience launching products in neuroscience, CNS, or psychiatry.
  • Hands-on experience with REMS programs or other highly regulated, complex commercialization models.
  • Demonstrated success coordinating with commercial operations, reimbursement, market access, or site-of-care teams.
  • Strong ability to build, inspire, and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, up to 50–70%.
