Description

  • Advise customers on technical support and product adoption across pre-sales, post-sales, and renewal processes.
  • Analyze customer IT operations environments and recommend changes that maximize Datadog’s value.
  • Act as the customer advocate by understanding goals and use cases and proposing configuration, adoption, and feature solutions.
  • Prepare for and participate in Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with customers.
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, and technical services teams to identify new features and products.
  • Continuously improve best practices for technical product adoption and customer success.
  • Provide hands-on technical services to Datadog’s largest customers.
  • Support customers in adopting Datadog’s comprehensive suite of products and features.

Requirements

  • Solid technical grounding and hands-on experience in IT Operations.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Comfortable with scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Perl, Go, PHP, or Chef/Puppet.
  • Skilled with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab.
  • Knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or Rancher.
  • Previous experience as a TAM supporting mid-market and/or enterprise customers in the cloud space.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including Sales, Support, and Engineering.
  • Experience using Datadog and/or other cloud monitoring tools.
  • Ability to travel by auto, train, or air up to 30% of the time.
  • Thai language proficiency is required for this role.
