Description

  • Work directly with customers, including executives, project managers, and IT teams, to understand needs and guide technical outcomes.
  • Translate business needs into business and technical requirements.
  • Design solutions for data visualization, workflow recommendations, migrations, and enterprise-scale observability architectures.
  • Lead functional workshops, document requirements, and define appropriate solution approaches.
  • Provide onboarding, implementation, expansion, and white-glove technical support throughout customer engagements.
  • Deliver training, jumpstart engagements, and tailored technical consulting to help customers succeed.
  • Serve as an embedded technical partner during critical project phases, including roadmap assurance and project execution support.
  • Advocate for standards and best practices across customer implementations.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Support, and Professional Services to identify improvements and influence future product enhancements.
  • Stay current on Grafana Labs, observability practices, and related technologies.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Spain.
  • 5+ years of experience working on deployment teams using project management techniques.
  • Direct experience with observability (o11y).
  • Experience with best practices for deploying an observability stack, including visualization, alerting, metrics, logs, and traces.
  • Preferred experience with Grafana products such as Grafana, Prometheus/Cortex/Enterprise Metrics, Loki/Enterprise Logs, and Jaeger/Tempo.
  • Proven track record of delivering customer projects, preferably enterprise observability implementations for large customers.
  • Excellent communication skills for working with customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, including kubectl and Helm; Tanka is preferred.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • Self-starter who can quickly learn new skills and technologies and work on leading-edge solutions.
