Description

  • Own global territory and account assignment workflows and deliver decision-ready outputs for sales leadership.
  • Manage end-to-end GTM headcount execution, including bottleneck removal, budget trade-off modeling, and position reconciliation across Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Sales.
  • Build scalable planning infrastructure through repeatable templates and processes that improve accuracy and reduce manual effort.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, HR, and Sales Operations to resolve data discrepancies, align assumptions, and manage planning exceptions.
  • Identify and implement AI and process automation opportunities to reduce repetitive work, improve data quality, and shorten planning cycles.
  • Continuously improve planning workflows by applying rigor, automation, and a data-driven approach.
  • Support planning cycles across quota calculations and broader GTM planning operations.
  • Collaborate across global time zones, including the US, EMEA, and APJ, to drive alignment on planning decisions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in GTM planning, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Strategy & Operations within an enterprise technology company.
  • Deep hands-on experience with territory design, quota setting, capacity modeling, and/or headcount management.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce reporting, SQL, and BI tools such as Databricks or Tableau.
  • Ability to independently extract, transform, and analyze large datasets.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets modeling skills, including building and maintaining complex planning models for senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across global time zones, especially with teams in the US, EMEA, and APJ.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve productivity, including lightweight automations, prompt workflows, or data transformations.
  • Strong bias for action and continuous process improvement.
  • Comfort operating with ambiguity in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where planning requirements evolve quickly.
