Description

  • Lead a team of Enterprise Named and Strategic Account Executives and coach them to succeed.
  • Set territory plans, team structure, individual quotas, patches, and investment capacity requirements.
  • Oversee sales plans, expand existing business, and deliver accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Report on revenue forecasts and strategic go-to-market programs.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to manage the full revenue and customer success process.
  • Build trust-based relationships with customers and partners to support long-term success.
  • Promote teamwork, value-based selling, and strong customer outcomes.
  • Encourage ongoing learning about technical product details and the product roadmap.
  • Develop a revenue growth and investment plan within the first 90 days.
  • Work with Canadian function leaders to deliver growth plans and maintain forecast accuracy.

Requirements

  • Experience as a high-growth enterprise software sales leader in Data, AI, Cloud, or SaaS sales.
  • Experience leading sales teams serving Named and Strategic customers, specifically in the Public Sector.
  • History of exceeding sales quotas in high-growth technology companies.
  • Ability to engage with and hire sales talent in the market.
  • Experience coaching with methodology-based approaches such as MEDDPIC and a Challenger mentality.
  • Experience selling value-based solutions to business and IT stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
  • Experience leading sales organizations to influence, develop, and achieve objectives.
  • Strong executive relationship network with key customers.
  • Knowledge of the partner ecosystem to grow enterprise strategic territories.
  • Success implementing consumption-based and commitment-based revenue strategies.
