Description

  • Recruit, develop, and lead a team of 5-7 Enterprise Sales Reps across a specific geography.
  • Build the sales team and help develop Cribl’s future sales leaders.
  • Develop and execute a business plan to overachieve sales goals.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation through closing.
  • Contribute to go-to-market development as part of the leadership team.
  • Report to the VP of Sales and collaborate with leadership on strategy and execution.
  • Support the team in meeting ambitious quarterly and annual targets.
  • Occasionally work outside standard hours to coordinate across multiple time zones.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading enterprise sales teams.
  • Proven track record of consistently overachieving annual sales goals.
  • Experience leading sales teams that sell through security channel partners.
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Experience with SaaS sales in cloud, logs, metrics, IT operations, or security.
  • Demonstrated success selling large deals to large enterprises, including Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Experience using MEDDIC.
  • Experience developing pipeline and opening new accounts.
  • Background in cloud, security, or machine learning is preferred.
  • Remote role based out of Germany.
