Description

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand market presence.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to improve skills, performance, and productivity.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients to grow the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and prospects.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales initiatives and customer needs.
  • Manage high-level negotiations and close complex enterprise deals.
  • Analyze sales metrics and deliver regular performance reports to senior management.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry innovations to keep the business competitive.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of leadership experience in B2B sales.
  • Proven success in EOR, HR tech, or corporate services industries; experience in both is ideal.
  • Strong track record of achieving individual and team quotas.
  • Experience leading complex enterprise sales with multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.
  • Deep understanding of APAC market dynamics, client expectations, and commercial trends.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong operational discipline and attention to detail.
  • Experience with outbound prospecting, top-of-funnel development, and tools such as Apollo, Outreach, or HubSpot.
  • Established partner network within the HR, payroll, or global mobility ecosystem.
  • Experience working in or managing remote-first, geographically dispersed teams.
  • Willingness to travel to support team development, client engagement, and growth initiatives.
