Description

  • Lead and coach a team of Enterprise Account Executives to develop the skills and behaviors needed to succeed.
  • Set company territory plans, team structure, individual quotas, patches, and investment capacity requirements.
  • Report on revenue forecasts and strategic go-to-market programs.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to manage the full revenue and customer success process.
  • Build a culture of teamwork focused on customer value and desired customer outcomes.
  • Develop trust-based relationships with customers and partners to support long-term success.
  • Encourage ongoing learning and understanding of technical product details and the future product roadmap.
  • Create a revenue growth and investment plan within the first 90 days.
  • Deliver strategic growth plans with EMEA functional leaders to improve forecast accuracy and maintain a predictable, high-growth business.

Requirements

  • Experience as a high-growth enterprise software sales leader in Italy within Data, AI, Cloud, or SaaS sales.
  • History of exceeding sales quotas in similar high-growth technology companies.
  • Ability to engage with and hire sales talent in the market.
  • Experience coaching teams using methodology-based sales approaches, including MEDDPIC and a Challenger mentality.
  • Experience with value-based sales involving business and IT stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
  • Leadership experience managing sales organizations to influence, develop, and achieve objectives in Data, AI, Cloud, or SaaS sales.
  • An established executive relationship network with key customers.
  • Knowledge of the partner ecosystem to grow enterprise strategic territories.
  • Success implementing consumption-based and commitment-based sales revenue models.
  • Fluent Italian and business English.
  • Experience leading sales teams in Italy (preferred).
