Description

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with national objectives to exceed revenue and growth targets.
  • Review and refine sales strategies, territory coverage, and budget planning to align with company goals and market dynamics.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Regional Sales Managers and Account Executives while fostering a high-performance, accountability-driven culture.
  • Partner with sales representatives to build and execute territory business plans focused on Integrated Delivery Network relationships.
  • Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by tracking opportunities and activities in Salesforce.com.
  • Monitor sales activity, strategy, and performance metrics, and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to the Executive Team.
  • Champion customer satisfaction by nurturing client relationships and securing long-term commitments with key accounts and prospects.
  • Cultivate strategic account relationships and serve as an executive sponsor on high-value deals.
  • Identify growth opportunities in emerging or underserved markets by monitoring industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Finance to align go-to-market execution and customer lifecycle management.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven success leading complex sales processes and exceeding targets in enterprise, healthcare, or B2B environments.
  • Deep experience using Salesforce.com and applying data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel throughout the Southern Region 30–40%.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required.
  • Experience in healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, or SaaS sales is preferred.
  • Familiarity with IDN dynamics and multi-level stakeholder management is preferred.
  • A strong network of healthcare executives or key buyers across Southern states such as Texas, Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina is preferred.
  • Background checks and drug testing are required as part of the post-offer hiring process.
