Description

  • Identify and win new business from existing customers and new prospects.
  • Leverage established relationships to open new doors within healthcare systems.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting and networking.
  • Own the full sales cycle from first contact through close.
  • Sell into complex environments and engage senior stakeholders.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to develop and manage service solutions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a hunter-style business development role.
  • Proven track record of winning new business.
  • Experience expanding existing accounts while generating new opportunities.
  • Ability to sell complex solutions in complex environments.
  • Commercially sharp, confident, and self-motivated.
  • Strong drive, resilience, and results orientation.
  • Comfort working in a build-phase environment.
  • Willingness to travel 40–50% across the U.S.
  • Experience with healthcare systems is implied by the role and target market (preferred context).
