Description

  • Design backend APIs and services that connect and synchronize data between AWS and Azure.
  • Build connectors between cloud-native services such as S3, SQS, Blob Storage, and Event Grid.
  • Implement event-driven architectures using queues, webhooks, and pub/sub patterns.
  • Select the most appropriate stack for each integration, including Python, Node.js/TS, Java, Go, or other languages.
  • Design API contracts using REST, GraphQL, or gRPC, including versioning, authentication, and security.
  • Write production-ready code and participate in code reviews.
  • Use generative AI tools to accelerate development and documentation.
  • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.
  • Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform across AWS and Azure.
  • Deploy and operate services on Kubernetes using Helm.
  • Provide observability and support with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog, including on-call rotations if needed.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for the client across development and DevOps.

Requirements

  • Strong backend experience in at least one core language: Python, Node.js/TS, Java, or Go.
  • Experience with AWS and Azure services such as S3, Blob Storage, SQS, Event Grid, Lambda/Functions, and API Gateway.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD.
  • Experience with cross-cloud data synchronization or multi-cloud integrations (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Kafka, EventBridge, or Service Bus (preferred).
  • Experience with Pulumi (preferred).
  • Knowledge of multi-cloud cost and performance optimization (preferred).
  • Experience applying GenAI and RAG to automation tasks (preferred).
  • Consulting experience with direct client exposure (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills for working with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Ownership mindset across the full lifecycle: code, deployment, and operations.
  • Comfort acting as a technical reference in both development and DevOps.
  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
  • Advanced English, spoken and written.
  • Availability for hybrid work with on-site presence as needed for the project.
