Description

  • Own the end-to-end Oracle environment landscape, including provisioning, refresh strategy, cloning, patching, configuration management, and lifecycle planning.
  • Coordinate environment scheduling with functional teams to support SIT, UAT, training, parallel testing, and production go-live cycles.
  • Manage environment access controls, service accounts, environment-specific configurations, and audit requirements.
  • Serve as the primary technical authority for Oracle ERP architecture, integrations, performance optimization, and custom solution governance.
  • Guide developers, integration specialists, and report developers on best-practice standards and technical design decisions.
  • Advise on APIs, cloud services, and PaaS components that integrate with Oracle ERP.
  • Oversee build-pack coordination, integration deployments, extension migrations, and release packaging across Dev, Test, and Prod environments.
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines, interface schedules, batch jobs, OIC flows, and automated deployment routines.
  • Ensure synchronization of environment configurations across modules and external applications.
  • Partner with PMO, functional leads, testing teams, and DevSecOps practitioners to maintain smooth environment operations.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience managing Oracle Cloud ERP or Oracle E-Business Suite environments.
  • Expertise with Oracle technical stack components including OIC, BI Publisher, OTBI, REST/SOAP services, SQL/PL-SQL, and FBDI.
  • Experience planning and executing environment refresh cycles, patching, and release cutovers.
  • Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts including OCI, AWS, and Azure, plus on-premise integration patterns.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and solution-design skills.
  • US citizenship required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance may be required.
  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of industry experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, people management, and relationship development skills preferred.
