Description

  • Prepare development environments and stage context ahead of engineering sessions.
  • Review and test code produced during engineering sessions, including regression testing, edge case identification, and bug documentation.
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines, staging and production deployments, and infrastructure monitoring.
  • Handle lower-complexity coding tasks independently using AI-assisted workflows.
  • Build tests, fix non-critical bugs, implement UI refinements, and create utility scripts.
  • Research and prototype third-party API integrations for healthcare, payments, and scheduling.
  • Maintain technical documentation and update audit trails with each sprint.
  • Support regulatory compliance requirements through documentation and process tracking.
  • Help organize product backlog and sprint planning infrastructure.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of engineering experience across the full stack.
  • Daily hands-on experience building software with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar.
  • Ability to show something built with AI tools in the last 60 days.
  • Strong QA and testing discipline with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Comfort working across multiple languages and frameworks.
  • DevOps experience with CI/CD, Docker, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Self-directed work style and ability to stay productive without daily standups.
  • Experience in HealthTech or regulated SaaS environments (preferred).
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance documentation requirements (preferred).
  • Startup or early-stage systems-building experience (preferred).
  • Excitement about early-stage ambiguity and building from scratch (preferred).
