Description

  • Make 100+ outbound calls per day to UK businesses and relevant South African call centres.
  • Book meetings for the UK team and ensure appointments are scheduled with decision-makers.
  • Target companies that are actively buying leads and consumer data.
  • Schedule and manage appointments effectively.
  • Work across outbound dialing campaigns focused on UK consumers and data buyers.

Requirements

  • Highly driven and comfortable making a high volume of calls.
  • Friendly, vibrant, professional, and able to communicate directly.
  • Able to learn and understand multiple sectors.
  • Experienced enough to use an independent approach to opening and closing calls rather than relying on scripts.
  • Experience with dialers such as Aircall, RingCentral, Five9, or GoHighLevel and other VOIP systems for UK calling.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or Zoho CRM.
  • Experience with calendar management tools such as Calendly, HubSpot Meetings, Google Calendar, or Outlook Calendar.
  • Strong organisation and time management skills.
  • Versatile, high-level appointment setting experience.

Benefits

  • Salary of EUR 750 - EUR 1,000 plus incentives.
  • Remote full-time position.
  • Must follow UK working hours: 9:00am to 5:30pm with a 1-hour lunch break.
  • UK Holidays observed.
