Description

  • Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from job briefing and sourcing through screening, interviewing, offer management, and placement.
  • Partner closely with Australian clients to understand hiring requirements, role expectations, and business goals.
  • Source and attract candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
  • Recruit for Australian mortgage industry roles such as Mortgage Broker Assistants, Credit Analysts, Loan Processors, and Parabrokers.
  • Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and role fit.
  • Provide clients with market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring recommendations.
  • Manage client relationships through clear communication, responsiveness, and consistent delivery quality.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the ATS and other documentation systems.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
  • Meet recruitment KPIs, placement targets, and turnaround time expectations while working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or Recruiter with full end-to-end recruitment responsibility.
  • Mandatory experience recruiting for Australian clients.
  • Demonstrated experience sourcing and hiring for Australian mortgage industry roles, including Mortgage Brokers, Credit Analysts, Loan Processors, and Parabrokers.
  • Strong client management experience with the ability to manage multiple accounts and build long-term relationships.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.
  • Experience working in or supporting an Australian recruitment agency is highly preferred.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools.
  • Familiarity with Australian hiring practices, recruitment processes, and market expectations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Experience using ATS platforms such as Workable and Hubspot CRM.
  • Ability to work remotely and align with Australian business hours.
