Description

  • Source and screen resumes of candidates specializing in native languages.
  • Use social media, job boards, and referral programs to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and experience.
  • Communicate regularly with hiring managers to determine hiring needs and candidate requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates for future openings.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of recruitment experience with a focus on native languages.
  • Experience recruiting for languages such as Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai, and Indonesian.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and methodologies.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
