Description

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities.
  • Own end-to-end high-volume recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of active and passive candidates.
  • Represent Motive’s story clearly and authentically to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Drive candidate engagement through strong communication and relationship-building.
  • Track and meet recruiting KPIs such as pipeline health, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance.
  • Use ATS tools and recruiting data, preferably Greenhouse, to improve hiring processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
  • Work with global stakeholders as part of a structured Talent Acquisition function.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience within SaaS or tech, or equivalent transferable experience.
  • Background in sales or customer success is a plus.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and align different perspectives toward a decision.
  • Hands-on experience with an ATS, with Greenhouse preferred.
  • Familiarity with US Go-to-Market hiring.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing via LinkedIn or other platforms is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership over outcomes.
  • Comfort managing a high volume of moving pieces and shifting priorities.
  • Clear, confident communication across written, verbal, and candidate-facing interactions.
  • No specific degree required; relevant experience and demonstrated results are prioritized.
  • Must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
