Description

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for complex, specialized technical and non-technical roles, with a heavy emphasis on scaling the CFP® professional pipeline.
  • Partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to assess headcount needs, define role profiles, and build calibrated interview processes.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and convert passive talent in competitive markets.
  • Manage and optimize the candidate experience to ensure a transparent, high-touch, and equitable interview process.
  • Use recruiting data and metrics to track pipeline health, improve the hiring funnel, and report on time-to-hire and quality-of-hire.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to incorporate culture, mission, and values into employer branding initiatives.
  • Navigate shifting priorities in a fast-paced startup environment while maintaining candidate quality and hiring momentum.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter.
  • 4+ years of experience sourcing and closing highly specialized roles, including CFP® professionals or specialized wealth management positions.
  • Experience succeeding in a fast-paced startup or high-growth tech environment.
  • Experience working cross-functionally to align expectations with hiring managers and leadership teams.
  • Strong proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM tools, and advanced sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Deep understanding of the financial advisory landscape, advisor compensation models, and CFP® certification regulations (preferred).
  • Experience recruiting within fintech or wealth management sectors (preferred).
  • Experience building or leading employer branding initiatives (preferred).
