Description

  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and define current and future staffing requirements.
  • Design and roll out creative talent acquisition initiatives, including content, direct search campaigns, recruitment marketing programmes, and events.
  • Source qualified candidates through direct search and follow up on applicants, referrals, and partner submissions.
  • Screen and assess applicants using behavioural interviewing techniques, check references, and support interviews and practical cases.
  • Prepare remuneration packages with HR Total Rewards and negotiate offers through to closure.
  • Maintain accurate records in the ATS and support administrative registration and onboarding of new hires.
  • Partner with HR Operations, IT, and hiring managers to ensure efficient onboarding.
  • Build and maintain relationships with staffing partners, universities, colleges, and event organisers.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in direct talent search, ideally across marketing, finance, legal, or similar corporate functions.
  • Outstanding communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Strong editorial, administrative, and organisational skills, including ATS management, recruitment planning, campaign delivery, and onboarding administration.
  • Commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while effectively prioritising tasks.
  • Creative, outside-the-box thinking with a proactive approach to opportunities.
  • Drive for continuous improvement and learning.
