Description

Develop, update, and maintain training programs for new hires and existing employees.
Facilitate instructor-led virtual training across phone, chat, email, and SMS customer service channels.
Create training materials including PowerPoint decks, job aids, manuals, videos, guides, and LMS/eLearning modules.
Translate complex systems, processes, and policies into clear, practical learning content.
Coach employees, provide feedback, and address skill gaps.
Evaluate training effectiveness using learner feedback, performance results, and operational data.
Partner with Operations, WFM, QA, Merchandising, L&D, and other teams to keep training accurate and relevant.
Update curricula when systems, products, processes, or business requirements change.
Use AI tools to improve content, workflows, curriculum development, and coaching.
Independently schedule and facilitate Microsoft Teams sessions while adapting instruction to different learners.

Requirements

3+ years of training experience, including creating training decks, facilitating instructor-led sessions, and developing learning materials.
Experience in Customer Service, Contact Center, Training, Learning & Development, or a related environment.
Advanced English proficiency with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong public speaking, facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills.
Ability to independently lead virtual instructor-led training and work comfortably on camera.
Strong PowerPoint skills and intermediate or higher Excel skills.
Experience with CRM platforms, technical systems, LMS platforms, and training users on tools or processes.
Instructional design experience, including Articulate 360 or another eLearning/design platform.
Experience creating written and video-based training content.
Comfort learning unfamiliar technology quickly and teaching it effectively; experience with systems such as Salesforce, Shopify, NetSuite, Freshdesk, Slack, Teams, or AI tools is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
Reliable high-speed internet, electrical service, and a professional home workspace.
Flexible availability during high-volume or production periods.
Must be located in CDMX or Estado de México.
