Description

  • Design and build an AI-native HR function that continuously improves workforce planning, performance management, and talent development.
  • Architect intelligent talent infrastructure, including AI-driven skills mapping, internal mobility systems, and dynamic compensation modeling.
  • Deploy AI and automation across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and organizational design.
  • Identify high-leverage opportunities where AI can improve decision quality, organizational speed, and workforce effectiveness.
  • Lead and develop the People Operations team while fostering experimentation, ownership, and operational excellence.
  • Partner closely with the Chief Administrative Officer and senior leaders on people strategy and organizational priorities.
  • Translate AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes across the portfolio of brands.

Requirements

  • 5+ years building or leading HR systems in high-growth or technology organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI to redesign people processes such as recruiting, workforce analytics, knowledge management, or operational workflows.
  • Technical fluency with modern AI and automation tools, including building or orchestrating LLM-powered workflows.
  • Experience integrating systems across an enterprise technology stack.
  • Systems thinking and a builder mindset with the ability to design for scale and turn ambiguous problems into working solutions.
  • STEM degree or equivalent practical experience in a technically rigorous environment.
  • Experience leading people operations or HR teams at the VP level or equivalent (up to VP level role).
  • Location preference for Toronto, with the role being remote in Canada.
