Description

  • Own the strategy, design, and delivery of mid-year and year-end performance cycles.
  • Lead the employee listening strategy and Pulse program, translating survey data into organizational insight and leader action.
  • Drive employee adoption of GenAI tools and new ways of working through change management, communication, learning, experimentation, and measurement.
  • Build and govern an enterprise employee engagement calendar covering employee communications, asks, timing conflicts, and cumulative burden.
  • Partner with functional owners to improve the timing, sequencing, messaging, and delivery of company-wide employee programs.
  • Develop a sustainable operating model, standards, annual rhythm, and self-service tools for employee resource groups.
  • Identify employee-facing needs without clear strategies or owners and develop scalable solutions.
  • Provide concise, data-informed recommendations to People and business leaders.
  • Establish success measures, improve programs using feedback and data, and maintain documentation, governance, and operating practices.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in employee experience, internal communications, enterprise program management, People/HR programs, organizational change, or a related field.
  • Experience owning complex, enterprise-wide programs involving broad employee populations and senior cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic and systems thinking, with the ability to turn ambiguous problems into practical plans.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Strong influence and relationship-building skills, including negotiating tradeoffs and challenging partners when appropriate.
  • Ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to identify patterns, test assumptions, and recommend action.
  • High execution standards and willingness to personally build and deliver program components.
  • Sound judgment, curiosity, humility, and adaptability.
  • Preferred experience leading performance management, compensation, employee listening, or other enterprise People programs.
  • Preferred experience with AI adoption, employee behavior change, ERG operating models, or work in technology, fintech, founder-led, or regulated environments.

Benefits

  • Remote-first role with flexibility to work across the U.S.; teams typically meet onsite once or twice per quarter.
  • Anticipated base salary of $191,000–$265,300, plus target bonuses and annual equity grants vesting quarterly.
