Description

  • Execute day-to-day People Operations processes across North America.
  • Manage HRIS transactions and maintain accurate employee data.
  • Prepare and coordinate payroll and benefits inputs.
  • Administer time off, leave, and employee lifecycle transactions.
  • Respond to employee and manager inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Support compliance activities and adherence to SOPs and policies.
  • Identify, document, and escalate operational issues when needed.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Support the Senior People Operations Manager with governance, process improvement, and strategic initiatives.
  • Own assigned People Operations work through timely completion.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting People Operations or HR administration processes.
  • Experience managing HRIS transactions and employee data.
  • Knowledge of payroll, benefits, time off, and leave administration.
  • Understanding of employee lifecycle processes and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to follow SOPs, policies, and established processes accurately.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional communication skills for supporting employees and managers.
  • Ability to identify and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and vendors.
