Description

  • Own the client relationship, including fiscal health and overall account growth.
  • Build and manage senior stakeholder relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on client business challenges.
  • Identify and convert new opportunities within existing client relationships to expand Monks’ footprint across capabilities and business units.
  • Consult on creative ideas and executions and help shape larger creative strategies tied to business outcomes.
  • Drive adoption of AI-powered tools and platforms to improve production speed, cost efficiency, and personalization at scale.
  • Develop communication plans and engagement strategies that strengthen relationships and broaden stakeholder coverage.
  • Own the partnership vision and strategic narrative across cross-functional workstreams and initiatives.
  • Drive discovery for new business opportunities and manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including pipeline generation, cross-sell, and up-sell.
  • Lead key partnership milestones and coordinate collaboration across capabilities for QBRs, top-to-tops, and planning sessions.
  • Manage client feedback loops, including 360-degree feedback and recurring pulse checks, to continuously improve service quality.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in client services, project management, or production roles.
  • Experience leading digital marketing briefs from initial intake through final delivery.
  • Understanding of social as a channel, including social strategy, creators, and social creative.
  • Ability to translate marketing goals and business objectives into clear, actionable briefs for creative and production teams.
  • Experience working with third-party vendors, production partners, and creators.
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing and advertising ecosystem, including awareness of AI-driven disruption, emerging technologies, and innovation.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving revenue growth while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Commercial proficiency with project budgets, profitable delivery, scope management, and SOW pricing and scoping.
  • Ability to forecast agency resource needs and manage internal studio capacity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to stakeholders from C-suite to specialist levels.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience writing business cases.
  • Proficiency creating compelling proposals using Google Slides.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong program management and commercial acumen.
  • Strong analytical and consulting skills with the ability to draw insights from multiple data points.
  • Preferred: experience as an Executive Producer or a hands-on Account Director/Senior Account Director with production workflow experience.
  • Preferred: strong grasp of the emerging digital space, including Monks’ competitive set and offerings across data, technology, content, and digital media.
  • Preferred: demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and develop processes and workflows that increase revenue and client value realization.
  • Preferred: comfort with uncertainty, rapid change, and learning new skills.
  • Preferred: strong data analysis capabilities using a range of platforms and tools.
